Bhera
Bhera is a historical city of Punjab which is the central point of Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M2). Bhera is situated on the left bank of river Jhelum. Bhera is older than Harrapa and Mohenjodaro. Bhera is a walled city like Lahore having eight entrance gates. Bhera was a trade center in the past. Bhera is notified as Tehsil of Sargodha District vide notification no. 1628-2012/626-DIR(R&G) issued on 17th Jul 2012 by the Revenue Department, Govt of Punjab.
